  • Swedish – flowing, lighter style which emphasizes relaxation and improved circulation

  • Deep Tissue – slower, more specific pressure on underlying muscles to improve their function and movement in relation to one another.

  • Muscular Energy Technique – gentle movements and deliberate muscle contraction to reduce muscle tension and improve flexibility

  • Neuromuscular Technique (NMT) – very specific pressure directly on those painful “knots” and “sticky” spots to reduce and free them up. Intense, but very effective.

  • Sports/Circulation Massage – fast-paced, aggressive style which warms the muscles up and gets the blood flowing. Generally improves performance and reduces the chance of injury before events, and improves recovery time after.

  • Reiki – a technique which helps ground and balance the body’s energy, improving its ability to heal.
